1. What Poloos Council is

Poloos Council is a community deliberation platform for holders of the Poloos SPL token. It hosts opinion polls, dispute discussions, and governance-style proposals. Nothing on this platform is a legally binding election, referendum, jury verdict, or contract. Petitions produced here reflect community opinion only; recipients are under no obligation to respond.

2. Eligibility

Voting and filing requires a connected Solana wallet holding at least the minimum Poloos balance defined by the council. Voting is one-holder-one-vote regardless of balance size. The platform reserves the right to remove content that is spam, harassment, targets private individuals, or violates applicable law.

3. Wallet address handling

Your public Solana wallet address is stored and displayed alongside your submissions, votes, and flags. Wallet addresses are already public on-chain. No signatures are collected — connection is a proof of possession only at the point of connect. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. No fund custody

The platform never holds, transfers, or processes your tokens or SOL. All wallet interactions are read-only.

5. Rate limits and moderation

To limit abuse, the platform enforces per-wallet and per-network rate limits on filings, votes, flags, and petition requests. Filings may be flagged by any holder and reviewed by admins. Content found to be spam, harassment, or otherwise disallowed may be removed.

6. Petitions

When a poll or proposal closes with 50+ votes and a 60%+ majority for a non-abstain choice, any holder may request a formatted petition package. Petitions are reviewed by an admin before becoming publicly available or being dispatched. Every petition carries a non-binding disclosure which cannot be edited out.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operators are not liable for outcomes arising from petitions, votes, or platform outages. On-chain balance checks depend on the Solana network and third-party RPC providers whose availability is not guaranteed.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be noted on the docket. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
